How to stay hydrated

Our body tells us when it needs water. However, we're often too busy to pay attention. We have work to do. We are comfortable where we are. We do not want to "get distracted" by having to get up and go fetch a drink. Life does not come with built-in water breaks.

The solution? Make it easy on yourself. Get a bottle of water, refill it from the tap and carry it around with you. Then, when feeling thirsty, you have no barriers to taking a drink.
